Job Function:
The overall goal of the Debt Collector is to keep track of customer accounts that are overdue and attempt to collect payment and reconcile them.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• • Places outbound collection calls to customers to collect payments owed to the company.
  • Serves as a focal point for all aspects of the collections side of the cash flow process; timely collection of accounts receivable, resolving customer billing problems and reducing accounts receivable delinquency.
  • Reviews open accounts for collection efforts and make decisions on pending orders and extending additional credit.
  • Researches payment issues involving disputes, pricing and credits that have or may result in delinquent balances and resolves issues quickly to prevent further aging of delinquent balances.
  • Works with Accounts department to ensure payment is not made to vendors who are also customers in arrears on the A/R side as well as performance of check swaps, contras and offsets.
  • Administers Order Release process determining release decisions for account responsibilities up to assigned dollar threshold and ensuring determination is made for orders over the threshold.
  • Identifies accounts that may present a business credit risk, require credit hold, or outside collection.
  • Records information about financial status of customer and documents status of collection efforts, keeping sales representatives aware of account status.
  • Provides monthly projection for cash receipts from assigned accounts and regular status of performance of collections.
  

Minimum Requirements:
• College Degree: preferably Business or Accountancy course
• Detail oriented
• Strong analytical skills
• The ability to resolve problems in a positive way
• The ability to development strong working relationships.
• 2+ years of commercial collections experience.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Strong written and oral communications skills.
• Windows and Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) proficiency required.
• Aware about regions in Saudi Arabia.
• Holding a valid Saudi driving license.
• Transferable visa.

Job Function:
The Quality Engineer has responsibilities for ensuring the implementation of Quality Management System inside the laboratory and the reliability and quality of outgoing calibrated instrument.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• • Ensuring the availability and up-to-date records of laboratory standard instrument
  • Monthly updating of recall and disseminates to laboratory personnel the instrument for calibration
  • Maintaining the traceability of standard instrument through coordination with the external calibration laboratory
  • Ensuring the correct identification of calibrated instrument for both Laboratory Standard and submitted instrument from Customer
  • Coordinating with Laboratory personnel and spearhead to make solutions and or actions for non-conforming work and complaints.
  • Recommending ACS laboratory management on any improvement pertaining quality management system
  • Assisting Quality Manager for the implementation of Quality Management System as per ISO/IEC 17025
  • Receiving inquiries from customer and regional representative.
  • Implementing good housekeeping in the laboratory
  • observing safety in every aspect of work in the laboratory
  

Minimum Requirements:
• Candidate possess a Degree in College
• With working experience in quality or in the related field is an advantage
• Knowledge in ISO standard such as ISO 9001 and or ISO 17025
• Computer literate
• Can easily understand instructions and work under minimum supervision
• With good communication skills

Job Function:
The Quality Staff has responsibilities for ensuring that the Laboratory Standard Instrument including quality records are intact and up-to-date and in support with Quality Engineer. Ensure the reliability and quality of outgoing calibrated instrument.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• • Up-to-date inventory of laboratory standard instrument and records
  • Monthly updating of recall and disseminates to laboratory personnel
  • Ensures the correct identification of calibrated instrument for both Laboratory Standard and submitted instrument from Customer
  • Coordinate with Regional representative with regards to sending of calibrated instrument and ensure the safety during packaging
  • Recommending ACS laboratory management on any improvement pertaining quality management system
  • Assisting Quality Engineer in implementation of Quality Management System as per ISO/IEC 17025
  • Implementing good housekeeping in the laboratory
  • Observing safety in every aspect of work in the laboratory
  

Minimum Requirements: • Candidate possess at least years in College
• With working experience in quality or in the related field is an advantage
• Computer literate
• Can easily understand instructions and work under minimum supervision
• With good communication skills

Job Function:
The technical administrator has a responsibility of providing administrative liaison with customer requesting services in ACS Laboratory.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• • Address inquiries, requests or tenders regarding measurement or calibration services
  • Receives unit for testing and calibration
  • Discuss the required work with the customer as per requests
  • Informing the Laboratory Manager of the receipt of inquiries and instruments for calibration
  • Furnishing test and calibration certificates to the customers
  • Providing billing information, receives payment and coordination with the accounting department for liquidation
  • Assuring that the customer provides technical manual and/or accessories of the submitted item/s, where necessary
  • Performing other administrative and customer support functions as required or assigned by the GM/ Deputy General Manager.
  

Minimum Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a 2-year technical course in College but with Bachelor’s / College Degree is an advantage.
• With working experience in the related field is also an advantage
• Computer literate
• Can easily understand instructions and work under minimum supervision
• With good communication skills

Job Function:
The Assistant Calibration Technician has responsibilities for all testing and calibration activities required by the laboratory in support with Calibration Technician and Calibration Engineer, using established procedures and ACS standard equipments appropriately.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• • Testing and/or calibrating instruments as per established procedures
  • Preparing test / calibration report, repair service report and non-calibration report
  • Informing Laboratory Supervisor / Calibration Engineer about the non-conforming work
  • Recommending ACS laboratory management on any improvement pertaining to test and calibration
  • Assisting Calibration Technician / Engineer in calibration process
  • Implementing good housekeeping in the laboratory
  • Observing safety in every aspect of work in the laboratory
  

Minimum Requirements:
• At least graduate in secondary level with Technical background
• With working experience in the related field is also an advantage
• Computer literate
• Can easily understand instructions and work under minimum supervision
• With good communication skills

The Calibration Technician has responsibilities for all testing and calibration activities required by the laboratory, using established procedures and ACS standard equipments appropriately.

  • Preparing and finalizing test / calibration report, repair service report and non-calibration report
  • Informing Laboratory Supervisor / Calibration Engineer about the non-conforming work
  • Recommending ACS laboratory management on any improvement pertaining to test and calibration
  • Assisting Calibration Engineer in developing calibration methods aside from standard methods
  • Implementing good housekeeping in the laboratory
  • Observing safety in every aspect of work in the laboratory

Job Function:
The Calibration Engineer has responsibilities for all testing and calibration activities required by the laboratory, using established procedures and ACS standard equipments appropriately. Has a command and obligation to calibration technician performing calibration work in and out of laboratory.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• • Testing and/or calibrating instruments as per established procedures
  • Preparing and finalizing test / calibration report, repair service report and non-calibration report
  • Informing Laboratory Supervisor / Manager about the non-conforming work
  • Recommending ACS laboratory management on any improvement pertaining to test and calibration
  • Assisting ACS laboratory management in developing calibration methods aside from standard methods
  • Reviewing calibration technician’s report
  • Supervising the team especially at on-site calibration
  • Implementing good housekeeping in the laboratory
  • Observing safety in every aspect of work in the laboratory
  

Minimum Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s / College Degree preferably in Electronics and /or Electrical Engineering
• With working experience in the related field is an advantage
• Can handle / supervise people
• With good commands of oral / written English
• Computer literate
• Can easily understand instructions and work under minimum supervision
• With good communication skills
